Delete your account and data
You can remove your Dabazar account and the data stored with it. There are two ways to do it, and neither costs anything.
If you can sign in
Signing in proves the account is yours, so the deletion happens immediately and needs no review.
The account is removed together with its sessions, stored input records, learned statistics, dictionary state, notice interactions and feedback. This cannot be undone.
If you cannot sign in
Send us the details and an operator will verify ownership, then delete the account and its data within 30 days. Use the same email address, phone number or account identifier that you used in the app, so it can be matched.
A request is not carried out automatically. It is recorded so that an operator can confirm the account belongs to you before removing it. You receive a reference to quote if you follow up.
What is deleted, and what is not
- Deleted: the account, its sign-in sessions, stored input records, learned word statistics, dictionary state, notice interactions and feedback.
- Not affected: anything that never left your device. Keyboard layouts, the built-in dictionary and on-device learning live in the app's own storage, so uninstalling the app removes them.
- Not affected: aggregate counts that cannot be linked back to you.
This is the same deletion the operator console performs, through the same code path, so a request handled by hand removes exactly the same rows.
